2009 ... what a year.

I'm not feeling particularly loquacious, but I do have to say that 2009 was filled with some incredible highs and lows. Through it all, my family and friends really kept me going. College, car problems, money issues, lots of love from the kids, all made 2009 a year that went by almost to quickly.

I'm not making any resolutions this year. Instead I'm aiming for life goals. Things like eating right, getting more exercise, reading more, drawing more, and even writing more, and making sure I take more time to play with my kids should make 2010 a very productive year.

So, as we ring in 2010 (I'll bet Arthur C. Clark is sorely disappointed)and say farewell to 2009, I wish every one of you, my friends, watchers, and those who fall into some other category, a very safe and Happy New Year. May the next bring health and happiness to all.
